  10. We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Refund, Replacements & Cancellation

INKIBL believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. 
  • At INKIBL, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Our primary goal is to ensure a pleasant shopping journey for our users. INKIBL offers a replacement guarantee if the product received is:
    • Damaged or defective
    • Lost in-transit
    • Wrong product (not what you ordered)
  • Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of the order being marked as delivered for replacements:
  • Note: For claims, we require an unboxing video of the parcel (with the top wrap intact). This policy ensures thorough investigation and resolution of issues in a timely manner.
  • Other Important Points
    • Product color or printing may vary slightly based on screen brightness/resolution. INKIBL will NOT accept returns or replacements for reasonable color variations.
    • INKIBL reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds (prepaid orders only) or replacements.
    • Returns/exchanges are not applicable if the product is disliked or ordered incorrectly by the customer.
    • For disputes, INKIBL may require the customer to return the item. After inspection, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a refund.
    • Custom products are not eligible for refunds/replacements unless there are manufacturing defects.
    • Print quality for custom products depends on the image resolution used during customization. INKIBL cannot guarantee HD prints for custom items.
    • COD orders are NOT eligible for refunds. Free replacements are offered only for manufacturing errors confirmed by INKIBL.
    • No issues reported within 24 hours of delivery? INKIBL considers the order successfully fulfilled.
  • Address & Delivery Policies
    • Incorrect address correction fee: ₹150 + GST if requested after shipment begins.
    • Incomplete/wrong address: You must pay full forward shipping charges to receive the order again.
    • Refusal/rescheduling delivery >2 times: Order returns to us; full shipping charges apply for redelivery.
    • Special offers: Products bought during promotions are non-returnable/non-replaceable.
  • Refunds
    • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Banks may take time to reflect the amount.
    • Refund processing: Up to 9 business days.
  • Late/missing refunds?
    • Check your bank/credit card statement.
    • Contact your bank/credit card provider (processing delays may occur).

  • Sale/promotion items: Non-refundable.
  • Cancellations
    • Orders cannot be canceled once processed/shipped.
    • Pre-shipment cancellations: A 50% cancellation fee applies (covers restocking and credit card charges).
  • OTP-Based Delivery
    • We use OTP-verified couriers. Provide OTP only after receiving the package.
    • No replacements/refunds if OTP is shared before receiving the item. In such cases, file a police complaint against the delivery agent/courier company.

INKIBL offer a 3-4 day return window after delivery for all major products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of the returned item, via the original payment method. 

Note: For claims, we require an unboxing video of the parcel (with the top wrap intact). This policy ensures thorough investigation and resolution of issues in a timely manner.
